You can delete your Sweldo Wise account at any time. This page explains how, what gets deleted, and what we keep.

If you can sign in to the app:
You’ll be signed out immediately. Your account then enters a 30-day waiting period before it’s permanently removed (see “The 30-day grace period” below).
If you can’t sign in — for example, you lost access to your device or forgot your password — send a deletion request to support@sweldowiseph.com from the email address you used to sign up.

When you request deletion in the app, your account enters a 30-day waiting period before permanent deletion. During this time:
This grace period exists to protect you from accidental or coerced deletions. If you change your mind, you have a month to reverse course.
Email-requested deletions (Option 2 above) follow the same 30-day timeline. Cancellation must be requested by replying to our confirmation email before the 30 days are up.
